  • New: the survey module is in Beta - what does that mean?
    The Surveys module launched in Beta. This means it is fully functional and ready to use, but we are still actively developing and improving it based on your feedback. The survey module is part of any Bpart participation project. If you don't see or can't access the module, reach out to support@bpart.be or your account manager.   • Getting started and creating a new survey
    What are surveys? The Surveys module in Bpart lets you collect structured input from participants — feedback, registrations, opinions — directly within your project. Surveys are private by default: participants submit their answers, but cannot see each other's responses. This differs strongly from ideation and topics, where the goal is to have a public debate.   • Building your survey form
    Once your survey is created, you land on the survey builder. This is where you define the structure and content of your survey: pages, questions, and conditions. The builder always shows the same structure from top to bottom: Start page — the first thing participants see before the survey begins Pages with questions — one or more pages, each containing one or more questions Confirmation page — shown after the last question, before submitting Thank you page — shown aFew readers
  • Activating your survey and collecting responses
    Once your survey form is ready, you can activate it and share it with participants. Activating your survey Your survey is inactive by default — participants cannot access it until you activate it. On the survey detail page, toggle Activate survey. The status changes from Inactive to Active and participants can now open and submit the survey. You can deactivate the survey at any time using the same toggle. Existing responses are not affected.   • Viewing, managing and exporting responses
    Once your survey is active and participants have submitted their answers, you can view, manage and export the responses from the survey detail page.   • Surveys via Typeform
    If you have added the Typeform module to your Bpart licence, you have access to a premium account of Typeform. Typeform allows you to easily create professional surveys, which you can integrate on your Bpart platform.
