Getting started and creating a new survey

What are surveys?

The Surveys module in Bpart lets you collect structured input from participants — feedback, registrations, opinions — directly within your project. Surveys are private by default: participants submit their answers, but cannot see each other's responses.

  • This differs strongly from ideation and topics, where the goal is to have a public debate.
  • You can create multiple questions and show the questions across different pages
  • You can use logic or conditions to show or hide pages, based on previous answers

Create a new survey

Go to your project in the Bpart backoffice and click Surveys in the left navigation. Click New survey and fill in the following fields:

  • Internal name: only visible to managers, used to identify the survey in the backoffice (max. 40 characters)
  • URL path: the last part of your survey's public link
  • Show progress bar: shows participants how far along they are (enabled by default)

Click Save. Your survey is created and you land on the survey form builder: start building!
