Start a new project
Launching a new project on your Bpart platform? Great! To create a project, go to the overview of your projects. This can be found in your organization's menu. On the project overview, you'll see a “new” button in the top right corner. Click the button, and you will see what types of projects you can create. Choose a participation project, an external project or a budget project and get started! A colleague or co-worker wants to get access to the admin interface or backoffice of your Bpart platform? Not a problem! There is no limit to the amount of users, managers or moderators you grant access. External partners, for example a communication or research agency, can get access as well. Via your organization menu, go to "Accounts", "Managers" You'll see an overview of people who have access to your platform Click on "New" in the upper right corner to add an extra account CompletFeaturedManage and receive email notifications
The Bpart platform can send you two types of notifications: notifications for new moderation tasks and notifications for new entries or contributions to a project. Notifications for new entries Receive an email notification when a participant submits a new entry (idea, suggestion, proposal ...) on a project. You will receive up to 3 emails about new entries per project per day. Backoffice: signing in as a user on admin.bpart.eu When you start using Bpart, you will receive your login details by e-mail. If a new colleague needs access to the back office, you can request it here. Having problems logging in? Go to admin.bpart.eu and click on forgot your password.
