Viewing the moderation via the dashboard

From your project dashboard, you can see an overview of moderation of user entries and comments.

Open the Dashboard item from the menu on the left side of the screen.
Scroll down the page until you see the Moderation Inbox item.

Entries

In the moderation inbox of Entries, you can see an overview of:
Contributions that still need to be moderated (yellow)
Contributions which are approved (green)
Contributions which have been rejected (red)
Contributions which have been forwarded internally (blue)

Click on the Moderate entries button to access the contributions moderation page.

Comments

At the moderation inbox of Comments you can see an overview of:
Comments that are approved (green)
Comments that are disapproved (red)

Click on the Moderate comments button to open the comments moderation page.

Moderation Tasks

In the Moderation Tasks inbox, you can see an overview of comments that have not yet been moderated but are visible and may be inappropriate: they have been detected by the Bpart AI or reported as inappropriate by users.
