Automatic Topic Summaries

With automatic summaries in Bpart, you can quickly understand the public conversation happening in a topic or theme. Summaries are generated using artificial intelligence based on published contributions.

Where to find the summaries

1. Go to Data & Analysis in your project
2. Click on Summaries
3. Review existing summaries
4. Create a new summary using the + New button in the top right

Generating a summary usually takes 10 to 15 minutes. You will receive an email notification once it is ready.

What’s included in an automatic summary?

A summary is a snapshot in time of the public debate within a topic.

It includes:

• Key metrics (KPIs) such as number of contributions, comments and supports
• A general summary of the conversation
• The main themes that emerged
• A summary per theme with key insights and takeaways

The summary text is generated in the language of your project. The interface surrounding it follows the language of your personal settings.

What the summary does not do

• The summary is not automatically updated when new contributions are added → You can always create a new summary.
• Private fields and unpublished contributions are not shared or analyzed.
• You cannot create a summary for fewer than 15 contributions.
• Automatic summaries are unavailable for topics with more than 500 contributions.
