How to change the topic of an entry?

You want to change the topic an entry belongs to. Perhaps a participant has sent in an idea, using a topic you don't feel the idea belongs to. This is possible via the moderation module.

• Go to moderation and click on posts. Look for the entry you want to move to another topic. Click on moderate.
• The moderation pop-up screen appears. Next to the topic title, you can click on change topic.

Select the new topic from the drop down:

• If the forms of both topics match, indicated by the lightning flash, the entry will be moved automatically to the new topic.
• If the forms of both topics differ, the form of the new topic will appear. Copy-paste of put in the data manually into the new form. Click on change.

You have now changed the topic of this entry!
