How to add entries to your project or topic?

Not everybody finds their way to the online platform. They might send you their comments, ideas, projects ... via other means such as e-mail, post cards, social media or even telephone.

You can publish these entries on your platform as well, so they become part of your dataset and publicly available (if you want them to be). Here's how:
Open the Ideation item in the menu on the left side of the screen.
You will find an overview of the topics you created.
Click on the + button next to your topic




... or open your topic first, and then click on the + button.




You now see the screen to add a new entry. The standard Status of a new entry is "approved": it will be visible online after creation. You can change this if you want.
Next, either link the entry to an existing participant, or fill in an " author " This is an open text field, it can also be, for example "idea on postal card" or "comment made during the offline event".



You can add a creation- and moderation date. If you don't, it will auto-complete when you click "create". The moderation date determines the order of the entries on your online platform.
Scroll down and complete the form. This is the same form an actual participant completes when participating.
Add tags if you want.
Click on Save in the upper right corner.
You successfully added an entry! It will be visible in your moderation module, where you can see and edit it, just like any other entry.
