Ideation without login - anonymous entries

With Ideation without login, visitors can submit contributions without registering or signing in. This anonymous mode lowers the threshold for participation.

What does this mean for participants?

• Visitors can submit a contribution anonymously to a topic or theme.
• No login or email address required.
• No email notifications or confirmation.
• No visible name on published contributions.
• Submissions are moderated before publication.

What does this mean for you as a manager?

• You choose per topic whether to enable ideation without login.
• The default mode remains “with login”.
• You can only switch modes as long as no contributions have been submitted.
• You manage your anonymous form and topic as usual — nothing changes there.

Important notes

• You won’t receive profile data unless you explicitly ask for it in the form.
• There is no tracking or history per participant.
• The risk of spam or duplicate entries is higher.
• Logged-in users submitting anonymously will not be linked to their profile.
• Comments, likes and votes are not anonymous — login is still required for these actions.
