Troubles or issues with signing in

Backoffice: signing in as a user on admin.bpart.eu

When you start using Bpart, you will receive your login details by e-mail. If a new colleague needs access to the back office,[ you can request it here](/en/article/add-a-new-user-1p5dd1r/).

Having problems logging in? Go to admin.bpart.eu and click on forgot your password. Enter your e-mail address and click on "send instructions": you will then receive an e-mail to reset your password.

Login problems: citizens or website visitors

To participate in a project, a visitor to your Bpart platform must first register and/or log in. Some visitors experience problems with logging in or signing up.

An unconfirmed email address

The most common cause is that the user has not confirmed his or her e-mail address. This can happen because

The confirmation e-mail is in the user's spam box
A typing error was made in the email address during registration

How to fix this?

1: Go to your organisation user management and select participants
2: Look for the email or name of the user and correct mistakes using the edit function (pencil icon)
3: Confirm the profile using the check-icon

confirm a user

A participant has forgotten his or her password

A participant or citizen can also forget his or her password. Each project has a "forgot password" function for this on the login page.

Do you want to help? Then you can set a new password for the participant. Follow the steps above but click on the "settings" icon next to the user. You can now set a new password.

Please note: in the context of data security, this is not recommended and can only be used as a last resort. It is best to advise the participant to immediately change his or her password again via the profile page.
