How do you customize the footer?
The footer of your platform allows visitors to easily navigate through your website. In this article you will discover the different elements and how to adapt them.
The components of the footer
The footer of your platform consists of eight different parts:
- Text field 'Any questions or comments?
- Contact e-mail address
- Footer Logo and Redirect URL
- Footer menu
- Social media sharing buttons
- Extra footer logos
- Link to privacy statement
- Powered-by logos
Customise the parts of the footer
You can personalise your footer. Below is an overview!
Component | What can you customize? | How or where to customise |

1 Text field ‘Questions? Remarks?’ | You can customize the text. | Text library (organisation or project level) |
2 Contact e-mail address | You can customize the e-mail address. | Project Settings: Email |
3 Logo | You can change the logo and the redirect URL | Project settings or Organisation dashboard |
4 Footer menu | For each menu item you can choose whether it appears in the 'header' and/or the 'bottom' (footer) menu. | Content: Menu |
5 Social media sharing buttons | Set the message and determine which icons will appear. | Project Settings: Social |
6 Extra footer logos | An unlimited number of logos, as well as a redirect URL. | Footer expert settings (organisation or project settings) |
7 Link to privacy statement | You can change the privacy statement, but not the URL | Content: Pages |
8 Powered-by logos | An unlimited number of logos, as well as a redirect URL. | Footer expert settings (organisation or project settings) |
