Closing an ideation phase
You collect contributions via Bpart. These contributions can be ideas, proposals, projects, candidacies, etc. This ideation phase is coming to an end. You ask yourself the following questions:
Will all submitted contributions remain visible, or will we hide everything?
Can participants continue to react to submitted contributions?
Can participants (continue to) vote or like, if allowed?
Will it still be possible to share or share-share contributions on social media?
Through the dashboard or through your topic settings you can manage these settings per topic. It is therefore perfectly possible that you can still submit ideas for topic 1, still react to already published contributions of topic 2 and finally only consult topic 3.

To make it clear to website visitors that the phase is over, you can:
Publish a news release ("Thank you for all the submitted proposals!)
Customize the timeline
Adjust any call to actions, live tiles or menu item
Through your own communication channels you can share a message on social media and / or send a newsletter to all participants.
Will there be a follow-up phase (for example, a voting round) or a feedback moment? If so, be sure to mention this as well!
