Sign in with Google or Microsoft (OAuth or 3rd party authentication)
You manage your projects through Bpart's “back office” or “admin interface". To do this, you log in at https://admin.bpart.eu. You can do this in three ways:
with an email address and password
with a Google (Gmail) authentication
with a Microsoft (Azure) authentication
In this article, we will discuss how to set up your authentication with Google or Microsoft, specifically for Bpart's backoffice and management of your projects.
Go to https://admin.bpart.eu and click on “Sign in with Google”. Select the Google account you want to sign in with and confirm your choice. If the e-mail address has the necessary permissions, signing in will be automatic.
Note that your Google or Gmail address must be the same email address as your manager email address on Bpart.
You do not yet have access to Bpart
When you are invited as a manager, you can choose to register with your Microsoft account during the registration process. From then on, you can log in with this account.
You already have access to Bpart
Log in using your email and password via https://admin.bpart.eu. Go to your profile (top right) and your settings. Scroll down until you see “Link to Microsoft” and click this button.

Follow Microsoft's activation process: choose the correct account if necessary and accept permissions for Bpart.

You will now return to your profile page and receive a notification that the linking was successful. You can now log in using your Microsoft account.
Your organization or company may block external applications. In that case you need to whitelist the Bpart platform (https://admin.bpart.eu) through your ICT service.
